Word of the Day

Because I was incredibly fortunate to be able to get in on Darren Hardy’s Insane Productivity program. I have been following him for the past 12 years through his Success Magazine, which I LOVED.

Last October I purchased a digital subscription to Success Magazine

because being in Italy I won’t find a paper version anywhere. The first couple of issues that I read I felt like the magazine had changed, like it was for 20-something-year-olds, not for this 50-something-year-old. I finally discovered that Darren Hardy was not the publisher anymore.

The search for Darren ensued. I located him, went to https://darrenhardy.com, and discovered he had a couple programs that I thought would be good for me. If you go see his Insane Productivity program you’ll get all the information, but when you want to sign up you are told it’s full and you have to wait. What a marketing genius!

I put my name and email address in the little form and last Thursday I was invited (more genius) to listen to a webinar on the next class. It wasn’t a hard sell for me since I already knew of him and what he was capable of producing in people. But…

the money…

It is $1,980 and if you know anything about me you know that $1,980 is NOT something that I have anymore. He said you can make four payments of $495. That’s better, but I still can’t do that. I really want to do that, but I simply cannot. Not right now.

And then…

An email came yesterday that said $165 a month for 12 months. Ok, I can swing that barely. I made the payment and got immediate access to the first of 18 modules. One module is released per week. God, I hope my life improves with this!

Getting Started Quote

I plan to MASTER the material. Darren says to master it I need to watch the videos six times during the week. How many people will do that? We know how we are. We say we’re going to do something and we start out like gangbusters but after the 2nd time listening we stop. Why? Laziness, drift, boredom, not committing?

I have committed to mastering this material because if there’s one thing I know it is the definition of insanity.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

And this one:

If you always do what you’ve always done, you always get what you’ve always gotten.

I want different results AND I’m not insane, anymore.

Darren says to set my intentions I should answer these questions:

  1. Why did I buy the program? Because I want out of my rut. I want to improve my life by having a life again. I want to surround myself, even if only virtually, with people who believe the same way I do and want to improve their lives the same way I do.
  2. What do I hope to learn? I hope to learn and implement killer productivity habits so I can go on and be super successful before I’m too old to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
  3. What results do I hope it will produce for me? I hope it will produce hope for me. I hope it will once and for all kill all the doubt that has consumed me for the past six years. I hope it will help me create the best rest of my life that I can possibly have.

It is suggested to take this journey with someone. Yes, I would love to do that. If you want to join me here is a VIP link only for you.

P.S. I don’t think that $165 a month plan is available anymore.

    1. Hi Jamie,

It was a good course, if corporate style productivity is your thing. I learned something in every module. I’ve since learned that I am much too free-spirited for this type of course. So, for you it may be worth the money, but for me it wasn’t. It also wasn’t life changing.

But, what was life changing was learning meditation, yoga, and going through life coach training certification.

      Thanks for your question!
